Action Learning Programs
Our Action Learning Programs focus on building our clients' internal capacity to apply the Accelerating Implementation Methodology (AIM) principles to their own real-world business initiatives.
A variety of implementation management training programs are offered, some on a public basis. These programs progress from Initiation in the methodology through Mastery, depending on whether the objective is to provide an understanding of methodology concepts, the ability to apply methodology principles, or advanced application to real-world situations:
We recommend that learning programs be integrated with implementation management consulting on real-world projects. In our experience, acceleration is most likely when individuals gain conceptual knowledge, combined with significant practical application. The more that learning is tied to specific initiatives, the greater the organizational benefit.
