Consultant Requirements

• At least 5 years previous consulting experience in either an internal or external capacity
• 10-15 years of business experience
• Expertise in organizational change management
• Ability to identify new business opportunities and close business
• Diverse industry experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Stand-up presentation skills
• Ability to work independently
• Willingness to travel extensively
• Experience dealing with senior leadership
• Previous experience applying AIM preferred
