Jorge Vasquez brings more than 20 years of consulting experience to IMA. His background includes consultation and training in diverse industries, including manufacturing, pharmaceutical, retail packaged goods, technology, utilities, and government agencies. Vasquez's experience in multi-cultural environments and fluency in Spanish facilitate his work on international engagements.
Vasquez has significant field experience working with executives, middle managers, and front line employees implementing strategic initiatives such as business transformation, restructuring, global business practices, downsizing, ERP deployments, and cultural change. He has presented to a variety of conferences and industry associations.
Vasquez holds an M.S. Degree in Educational Technology from San Diego State University.
With over 20 years experience as a corporate executive and external consultant, Nancy Harrison combines a unique background in organizational development and human resource management, with a pragmatic bottom line focus. Harrison's extensive experience in leading large-scale change, including mergers and acquisitions, reengineering, cultural change, ERP implementations, business process improvement, and other technological changes has made her a recognized expert in the industry.
Charles Greco brings extensive knowledge and practical application expertise in the areas of implementation management, organizational development, leadership development, project management, continuous improvement and organizational effectiveness. His experience covers a wide range of improvement initiatives such as IT implementations, cultural transformation, manufacturing productivity, continuous improvement and shared services. Charles has utilized his Industrial Engineering degree and an MBA to bring process improvement to client operations, enabling organizations to reap continued and sustained benefits. He has successfully managed large-scale reengineering and information systems projects.
Cai Kjaer represents IMA in Australia and New Zealand,and is based in Sydney, Australia. His experience includes consulting and implementation of projects with global bluechip companies. Specifically, Kjaer has been the Principal Consultant for large-scale business transformation and business process change projects responsible for getting the ‘human’ side of implementation right. He has held a series of key roles in both the public and private sectors, and spent 9 years with a major global
professional services firm in internal and external - facing consulting roles. His diverse work experience includes national and international clients, ranging from government agencies to the world's largest resources company.
