The Sponsor Assessment is a diagnostic and developmental tool that assesses the level and type of commitment required for successful implementation. It identifies specific behaviors that leaders must use to demonstrate their genuine commitment to specific business changes - how to express (talk), model (walk), and reinforce the change for maximum impact on the implementation. The tool can be used by project team members or as a means of enlightening Sponsors on how their behavior is likely to impact implementation success.
