Instructor Certification

We require a formal certification process to fully prepare individuals who plan to teach any aspect of the AIM Methodology to others in their own organizations.  Our certification process ensures that your organization maintains the level of quality required to teach AIM principles and concepts.

Instructor certification provides:

  • practice in delivering content
  • practice in responding to application-related questions
  • verification of candidate instructors' understanding of AIM key learning points
  • access to proven instructional techniques and tools for AIM Action Learning
  • coaching skills to provide feedback to learners
  • feedback and coaching to candidate instructors from IMA experts

Who Should Attend

Individuals who have completed the formal pre-requisites and who have had experience applying AIM to organizational initiatives

We recommend that organizations wishing to certify AIM instructors have a long-term commitment to delivering the program.  Candidate instructors should also be committed to conducting the program on a regular basis in order to maintain their skills.
