Project JumpStart

Implementation Management Planning

As project teams are formed and work begins, the first task is to get agreement on project goals and scope.  Our implementation management planning program, Project JumpStart, produces significantly greater alignment of project team members, reducing the risk of unresolved differences that can slow down implementation.

Career OpportunitiesThis facilitated session enables project teams to complete the AIM Project Overview (that goes beyond the traditional project charter), clarify the motivation for change, and establish the foundation for a sound project communication plan.

Given Edwards Deming's statement that success or failure of any process is determined in the first 20% of that process, it's extremely important that initiatives get started correctly.  Project JumpStart accomplishes exactly that.

"This was a truly valuable experience that left the team and me extremely well-prepared to move forward with implementation. I received a request this morning to pull together a slide presentation for our Authorizing Sponsor. Without this workshop, this would have been impossible!!"
