As President and Founder of IMA, Don Harrison brings more than 35 years of consulting experience to the organization. He has consulted to senior executives at Fortune 500 companies, multi-national corporations, entrepreneurial ventures and government agencies to increase the speed and reduce the cost of major change.
For the past 35 years, Harrison has focused almost exclusively on understanding the dynamics of complex changes in organizations. He is the principal designer of a systematic and practical approach to predicting, managing and accelerating the implementation rate of large systems change called Accelerating Implementation Methodology (AIM). His frequent application of this expertise to technology implementations, cultural changes, mergers and acquisitions, and business process initiatives have led to his popularity as a consultant and keynote speaker for national and international conferences.
In addition, Harrison has developed several tools and assessments to help increase organizational readiness for change, and has spent much of the last 35 years teaching internal and external consultants the AIM process.
Harrison holds a Master of Science Degree in Organization Development from Pepperdine University in Los Angeles. Prior to founding IMA, Harrison owned and operated several entrepreneurial ventures in Canada.
