AIM Goes Virtual
In a world that is demanding change, the Accelerated Implementation Methodology remains the gold standard in change management. At IMA, we are constantly striving to make the Methodology more accessible and more applicable to the increasing pace, frequency and magnitude of the challenges to change that all organizations must now face.
Over the past 3 months, we have spent considerable effort and energy adapting the intense in-person AIM sessions that have become our trademark to the virtual environment over a variety of delivery platforms. We have challenged ourselves to adapt each of these platforms through the principles of Adult Learning and Curriculum Design to deliver a learning experience that is comparable to, and in some instances more adaptable than traditional workshops or training. We are excited by the possibilities unfolding for these new environments, having piloted several versions with select AIM client organizations. We are currently scheduled to deliver more than 10 virtual sessions for the next few months.
The Virtual AIM curriculum will be offered in 4 different configurations:
- AIM Introduction (2 days)
- AIM Project Planning Workshop (3 days)
- AIM Accelerated Accreditation (3 days)
- AIM Advanced Practitioner Accreditation (4 days)
As with all AIM products, our ability to customize to specific needs and changes remains a hallmark of our delivery capability. Virtual AIM sessions will be delivered by either Don Harrison or an AIM Senior Consultant for the Introduction and Project Planning workshops, and Don Harrison for the Accreditation levels of education.
For those of you who would like to gain exposure and practical education in AIM, but do not have the critical mass necessary for an internal program, we are currently scheduling Public offerings to meet your needs. If you have any interest in attending one of these virtual sessions please let us know.
Thanks to all of you for your interest and help over the past 3 months. We will continue to meet your goals for increasing implementation capacity at the individual, team, and organizational level.
2nd order change is here. Next generation AIM is ready.
